Re: Greenish / Redish blurry screen once in a whil

Hi comptom.

If the menu is affected the problem is with your DMD board, however, since the problem go away when turn OFF and ON, I think this problem appears when the DMD board overheats. My recommendation: Vacuum the light engine, that should help.

Re: All three lights on but NOT blinking

Could you please post some pictures of how are you measuring the voltage?

I think the power supply should receive a signal before output the 320/380 Vdc, so it's possible that the output to the ballast wasn't 320/380 Vdc all the time. Let me investigate about it...

Re: rca lamp replace

There are a few possibilities.

What is the wattage and gap of your old bulb?
What is the wattage and gap of your new bulb?
What is the wattage of the ballast?
does the wattage of the ballast match with the new bulb?

Have checked if is there any dust on the lens?

Re: WD-Y57

Unplug the TV, wait a minute and plug it back. Then turn it back ON.

In Mitsubishi TVs after replacing the lamp and turning the unit back ON there should had been a message asking you if you replaced the lamp? Press ENT(er) for Yes or CANCEL for No.

Hope this helps.

Re: HL-R4266W shutting off and flickering

Hi tcslucky, your first problem is most probably the lamp. However you have nothing to lose if is not, since you'll need a replacement soon or later.

Your second problem (the flickering) seems to be in your analog board. Replacing it should solve the issue.

Hope this helps.

There are 2 fans. You can easily locate them with this guide: http://www.jangro.com/electronics/dlp-tv/samsung-dlp-how-to-replace-fan-2/.

Re: DLP W/ TWO FLASHING LIGHTS BUT NOT SWITCH PLEA

hi jared.

The problem you have is not with the switch. If the switch wasn't taped correctly then the ballast wouldn't try to ignite the lamp. Your problem is most probably the ballast.
